Tl;DR: Is there a way to view the logs? What fonts are you using?
Long Version:
I'm playing on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04), and while the browser version (launching index.html from the itch.io app) works fine, it doesn't support fast-forward with ctrl (which I believe you're aware of, so I suppose there's little to be done about it).
I tried launching it with Wine, but it gets stuck on the very first "Now loading..." Screen. Is there any way I could attempt to debug that and figure out what's wrong? I didn't find any log files or anything I could check for obvious errors. Is there a way to enable logging? Maybe I could figure out a way to get it running with Wine and share it with others.
Mind you, I'm not asking you to support Wine or Linux, I'd be happy to work it out on my own. I understand you're busy already, and don't have the resources (as you said below about Mac and Spanish versions). I'm just asking if there's an easy starting point somewhere.
Though a native Linux version would be a dream, of course - a wet one ;-)
edit: Superficial investigation suggests a font issue. I don't know if that's the core problem, or just a secondary issue, but I'd like to fix it anyways. Could you tell me the names of the fonts you're using so I can check if I am missing any?
Those are the basic RPGM fonts. All names can be seen in the fonts folder. I’m not sure how to get the log in RPGM. Also my understanding of Linux is close to zero, while for Mac we just don’t have a device, so there’s no way we can do those now.
Most apps from here won't work with wine, and even some of the ones ported to Linux won't work anyway, most developers aren't that tech-savvy to create games for Linux or even know about the "Linux ecosystem" at all, sad reality ;-;
I tried a few things but still can't make it run on Wine either, playing on browser is a bit laggy, would be good if I had a dual-boot with Windows or a Virtual Machine but I want to stay away from Microsoft the best that I can and my PC doesn't have a lot of CPU/RAM for VMs (running Lubuntu with 2GB ram xD)
If you have a good computer, a sweet alternative would be sudo apt-get install virtualbox and creating a Windows VM, it's better than wine (as Wine is just an emulator, and a VM is actually like a computer)
edit: You can download the Windows version and open the index.html from the www folder with the browser (maybe you gotta disable security.fileuri.strict_origin_policy for it to run, idk, it's always a thing with downloaded web rpg games), it's way less laggy and works great :)

Can't use items (healing plants). I'm on an android. What am I doing wrong, I'm using 2 fingers like it says and 1 finger, double tap nothing is doing anything.
The slot it takes up is slot 2, and even then I can save in all the other slots, it'll show that I saved in the game but the moment I close it then come back, there is only 2
A comment about naira. Will there be more of her in the future. Ex. Quests, endings, Dates . I just want to know cause i think she is a very interesting character.

Two fingers at once to open/close menu, then with one finger click on the inventory, then on the items, and then double tap plants

I purchased Episode 1-6 but for some reason it only lets me access a save from 1-5, and deletes any new ones I make. Is this a bug?
If you’re using slot 1, it’s reserved for autosave

I saved it to my task bar but i haven't logged out of it either. I think it would be worth a try.
Are you launching it straight from the Zip archive or extracted the folder to your computer?
ZIP Archive, is that the issue?
The archive may not write changes (new save files) to itself. Try extracting the folder, hopefully this will help
